Early Years Tutor

Ms. Ashley Schelin, a British–South African educator, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Communication from the University of Johannesburg and completed her PGCE as well as Honours in Inclusive Education through UNISA. Over the past nine years, she has taught in Early Years and Primary settings at international schools in South Africa and Japan, where she also played a key role as the Cambridge Assessment Coordinator and Exams Officer.

Known for her calm and steady presence, she fosters learning environments where children feel secure, encouraged, and eager to explore. Her approach blends warmth, clarity, and consistency, helping students thrive holistically.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys a wide range of activities, including dancing, scuba diving, and various sports, reflecting her energetic nature and love of movement.
