Originally from the United Kingdom, Alexandra Lea earned her First Class undergraduate degree in Law, Human Rights and Social Justice at De Montfort University, Leicester, before completing her teaching training in London. More recently, she achieved her National Professional Qualification (NPQ) in Leading Teaching.

Her career has included international experience in Jeju, South Korea, where she worked in a large four-form entry British International school as Head of Year, overseeing the pastoral and academic development of her cohort. Alongside her teaching, she contributed to curriculum development and completed a coaching qualification, working closely with colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning across the school. Alexandra is passionate about pastoral care and getting to know children as individuals.
